Delete Your Broker Book Account

We respect your right to control your data. You can delete your Broker Book account and all associated data at any time using one of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete from Within the App

1. Open the Broker Book app
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Tap “Delete Account”
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted (a double-confirmation safety gate appears)

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

If you've already uninstalled the app or prefer to request deletion in writing, email us at either address below from your registered email or phone number:

We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What Data Gets Deleted

• Your profile information (name, photo, phone number)
• All your property listings, photos, and videos
• All your leads, client notes, and voice memos
• All your community posts, likes, saves, and interactions
• Your authentication and login records

What Data May Be Retained

We retain anonymized, aggregated usage analytics (with no personally identifying information) for product improvement purposes. We may also retain certain records as required by applicable Indian law (e.g., tax records, fraud prevention) for a limited retention period.
